Yoga.

Hi, next week, next article and maybe more inspiration. 
One of the things we do is yoga.Yoga is livestile, great for calming down but it´s mainly a sport. we started doing yoga when we were 11 yers due to back problems and ankle pain and we started to enjoy it so much that we do it until now. 
Now are now practicing Astanga yoga and we both absolutely love her.

  1. Sounds very interesting! maybe one day I would like to try it as I love yoga, especially in the morning and before going to bed.
